Ingredients
  • 2 zucchini, coarsely chopped

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Seasoning

  • 14 cup olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions
  • Place zucchini in Rectangular Steamer and sprinkle with seasoning. Microwave for 8 minutes. Drain well.

  • Place in food processor with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
