Zucchini Fries

These zucchini fries are light, crispy, gluten-free, and full of flavour. They’re also ready in under 15 minutes! Serve them with your favourite dipping sauces—aioli, ranch dressing, and marinara sauce—for a crowd-pleasing appetizer or side dish. No matter what you serve them with, they're a fun way for kids and adults alike to eat more vegetables.

Ingredients
  • 2 medium zucchinis

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp Cheesy Fries Seasoning or Cajun Fries Seasoning

  • 1 pkg Crispy & Crunchy Coating Mix

Instructions
  • Preheat air fryer to 400° F.

  • Slice zucchinis into sticks (fries) and place in a large bowl. Toss with mayonnaise and seasoning until evenly coated.

  • Place coating mix in a shallow dish. Using tongs or your hands, add zucchini sticks one at a time, rotating and pressing to coat.

  • Place zucchini sticks in air fryer and cook 8 min, or until crispy and starting to brown. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do this in batches. Do not overcrowd.
