Za’atar Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 4 pita bread or flatbread of your choice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Za'atar Seasoning or Shish Kebab Seasoning, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat grill to medium-low.
  2. Brush each pita with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning, as desired.
  3. Place on grill and cook for 2-4 minutes, turning once. Bread should still be a little soft.
  4. Remove from grill and serve with your favorite kebabs and tzatziki.
