Preparation
Preheat grill to medium-low.
Brush each pita with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning, as desired.
Place on grill and cook for 2-4 minutes, turning once. Bread should still be a little soft.
Remove from grill and serve with your favorite kebabs and tzatziki.
