White Chocolate and Macadamia Nut Cookies
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup butter, at room temperature
1⁄2 cup packed brown sugar
1⁄2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1⁄2 cup white chocolate chips
1⁄2 cup toasted and coarsely chopped macadamia nuts, or any kind
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
Cream butter with sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
Whisk together flour, salt and baking soda in a separate bowl. Add to creamed mixture, mixing to create dough. Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop dough by teaspoonful 2” apart onto Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Bake for 10 minutes.
