White Bean Hummus Dip

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp warm water
  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 - 3 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 12 cup extra-virgin olive oil or sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and puree in food processor. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil or your favourite finishing sauce if desired.
