White Bean Hummus Dip
A modern twist on a delicious favourite.
Ingredients
6 tbsp warm water
1 can (19 oz/540 ml) white beans, drained and rinsed
2 - 3 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
1⁄2 cup extra-virgin olive oil or sesame oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and puree in food processor. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil or your favourite finishing sauce if desired.
