West Coast Grilled Salmon Burger

A West Coast favourite grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 oz/120 g) skinless salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Salmon Rub
  • 14 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Creamy Ranch Dip Mix
  • 4 whole-wheat hamburger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 red onion ring slices

Preparation

  1. Brush salmon with oil, then sprinkle with Salmon Rub.
  2. Place on grill and barbecue over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side.
  3. Stir mayonnaise with Creamy Ranch Dip Mix and spread on bottom halves of buns. Cover with lettuce and onions. Place salmon on top.
