Warm Winter Salad
Ingredients
8 cups mixed salad greens
1 pear, thinly sliced
1 apple, thinly sliced
1⁄2 red onion, thinly sliced
2 cups cubed, roasted yams or sweet potatoes
1⁄4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1⁄2 cup toasted pecan halves
1⁄3 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette, prepared
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
3⁄4 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Place salad ingredients in serving bowl in order listed.
Drizzle with warm salad dressing.
Add coarsely ground Black Pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
