Waffle Fruit ‘n’ Jam Sammies
Waffles are a great make-ahead item. Freeze and toast when the craving hits.
Ingredients
1 recipe prepared Pancakes & Waffles
1 pkg Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 egg
1 cup milk, your choice
2 tbsp oil, + more for cooking
1 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄2 cup strawberry jam or jam of your choice
2⁄3 cup Summer Berry Sweet Dip
2 tbsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh fruit, your choice, sliced
Preparation
Halve waffles.
Spread 4 halves with jam and sweet dip. Layer on fruit slices.
Close with other waffle halves and eat fast before the filling squishes through!
