Waffle Fruit ‘n’ Jam Sammies

Waffles are a great make-ahead item. Freeze and toast when the craving hits.

Ingredients

  • 1 recipe prepared Pancakes & Waffles
  • 1 pkg Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk, your choice
  • 2 tbsp oil, + more for cooking
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 cup strawberry jam or jam of your choice
  • 23 cup Summer Berry Sweet Dip
  • 2 tbsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh fruit, your choice, sliced

Preparation

  1. Halve waffles.
  2. Spread 4 halves with jam and sweet dip. Layer on fruit slices.
  3. Close with other waffle halves and eat fast before the filling squishes through!
