Veggie Pesto Pizza

Perfect for pizza night in!

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 inch/30 cm) pizza shell
  • 14 cup Pesto Sauce, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts or pistachio nuts, optional
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Pizza Seasoning or Marinara Sauce Mix
  • 34 cup canned artichokes, drained and roughly chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 13 cup pitted black olives, halved or sliced
  • 12 cup crumbled low-fat feta cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  2. Place pizza shell on parchment-lined Sheet Pan and spread evenly with Pesto, leaving a 1⁄2” border around edge. Sprinkle with Pizza Seasoning and top with artichokes, peppers, olives and feta.
  3. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until crust is deep golden-brown.
