Ingredients

  • 1 can (18 oz/540 ml) green lentils, drained and rinsed
  • 12 cup quick oats
  • 12 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 medium potato, grated
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 14 cup vegetable oil or coconut oil
  • 12 cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix, or Dip Mix of your choice
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend.
  2. Firmly press mixture into a Multipurpose Steamer.
  3. Microwave for 8–10 min. Cool 10 min before removing from Steamer.
  4. Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
  5. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend.
  6. Firmly press mixture into a Multipurpose Steamer.
  7. Bake 1 hour. Cool 10 min before removing from steamer.
