Ingredients
1 can (18 oz/540 ml) green lentils, drained and rinsed
1⁄2 cup quick oats
1⁄2 cup nutritional yeast
1 medium potato, grated
1 carrot, grated
1 onion, grated
2 tbsp lemon juice
1⁄4 cup vegetable oil or coconut oil
1⁄2 cup hot water
1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix, or Dip Mix of your choice
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend.
Firmly press mixture into a Multipurpose Steamer.
Microwave for 8–10 min. Cool 10 min before removing from Steamer.
Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend.

Bake 1 hour. Cool 10 min before removing from steamer.
