Ingredients

  • 6 kale leaves, torn, stems removed
  • 1 yam
  • 2 yellow potatoes
  • your favourite Epicure seasoning, to taste

Preparation

  1. Wash and shake kale, so it’s slightly damp. Working in batches, spread kale out on a Multipurpose Tray without overlapping. Season with your favorite Epicure seasoning and microwave on high for 1 minute intervals until crisp.
  2. Using a 4-in-1 Mandoline, slice potatoes and yams. Working in batches, spread slices out on a Multipurpose Tray without overlapping. Season with your favorite Epicure seasoning. Microwave on high until crispy, 3–4 minutes (yams may take longer), until crisp.
