This is the most delicious veggie burger you've ever tasted!

Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 12 avocado
  • 12 red onion
  • 4 cups baby spinach or mixed greens
  • 2 cups zucchini noodles
  • 1 recipe prepared Veggie Burger, made into sliders
  • 12 cup uncooked quinoa
  • 1 12 cups hot water, divided
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 pkg Veggie Burger Mix
  • 12 lemon
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 burger buns
  • 14 cup prepared Big Burger Sauce, optional
  • 2 tbsp Big Burger Sauce Mix
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp relish
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 34 cup prepared Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut tomatoes into wedges, slice avocado and slice onion into rings.
  2. Arrange tomatoes, avocado, onion, baby spinach, zucchini, Veggie Burger sliders, and shredded cheddar in four bowls.
  3. Drizzle with dressing and enjoy!
