Ingredients
8 large mint leaves
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tsp sugar
1⁄2 cup Sencha & Jasmine Green Tea Blend, double-strength steeped, chilled
2 tbsp white rum
lime slices (optional)
fresh mint sprig (optional)
Preparation
Place mint in large tumbler. Add juice and sugar; muddle to bruise the leaves (which releases the flavourful oils).
Fill tumbler 3⁄4 full of ice cubes.
Pour tea and rum over top. Stir to mix.
Garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs, if desired.
