Ingredients

  • 8 large mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 12 cup Sencha & Jasmine Green Tea Blend, double-strength steeped, chilled
  • 2 tbsp white rum
  • lime slices (optional)
  • fresh mint sprig (optional)

Preparation

  1. Place mint in large tumbler. Add juice and sugar; muddle to bruise the leaves (which releases the flavourful oils).
  2. Fill tumbler 3⁄4 full of ice cubes.
  3. Pour tea and rum over top. Stir to mix.
  4. Garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs, if desired.
