Two-Bite Artichoke Quiche
Prepared Spinach & Artichoke Hot Dip + eggs are all you need to make an easy appie or a fun addition to a brunch board. These are easy to make and prepare ahead of time – simply reheat in the oven or microwave prior to serving.
Ingredients
8 eggs
1⁄2 recipe prepared Spinach & Artichoke Hot Dip, about 1 1/2 cups
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) artichoke hearts
1 pkg Spinach & Artichoke Hot Dip Mix
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp chopped chives, optional
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325° F. Generously oil a Perfect Petites and place on a Sheet Pan.
In a bowl, whisk eggs; whisk in dip.
Using a 1-tbsp measure as a guide, spoon into Perfect Petites; sprinkle with chives, if desired. Bake until puffy and firm, 15–20 min, rotating baking sheet halfway through cooking time.
Pop out of mold; serve warm. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate overnight. Reheat in a low oven or serve at room temperature.
