Two-Bite Artichoke Quiche

Prepared Spinach & Artichoke Hot Dip + eggs are all you need to make an easy appie or a fun addition to a brunch board. These are easy to make and prepare ahead of time – simply reheat in the oven or microwave prior to serving.

Ingredients
  • 8 eggs

  • 12 recipe prepared Spinach & Artichoke Hot Dip, about 1 1/2 cups

  • 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) artichoke hearts

  • 1 pkg Spinach & Artichoke Hot Dip Mix

  • 1 cup cream cheese

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 3 tbsp chopped chives, optional

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 325° F. Generously oil a Perfect Petites and place on a Sheet Pan.

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs; whisk in dip.

  • Using a 1-tbsp measure as a guide, spoon into Perfect Petites; sprinkle with chives, if desired. Bake until puffy and firm, 15–20 min, rotating baking sheet halfway through cooking time.

  • Pop out of mold; serve warm. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate overnight. Reheat in a low oven or serve at room temperature.
