Twisted Tapenade Olives

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed green and black olives
  • 13 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic or sherry vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix or Italian Seasoning
  • 2 strips orange or lime peel, julienned

Preparation

  1. In bowl, toss together all ingredients. Let marinate at least 1 hour or overnight. Serve warm (see tip) or at room temperature.

Tips
