Ingredients
4 cups mixed green and black olives
1⁄3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic or sherry vinegar
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix or Italian Seasoning
2 strips orange or lime peel, julienned
Preparation
In bowl, toss together all ingredients. Let marinate at least 1 hour or overnight. Serve warm (see tip) or at room temperature.
