Twice-baked Caesar Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 3 Russet potatoes

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 14 cup cream

  • 1 tbsp Caesar Dressing Mix

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

  • 1 12 cups grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 350° F.

  • Scrub potatoes and pierce several times with a fork. Place in Round Steamer and microwave for 5–7 min, until easily pierced with a fork.

  • Split potatoes in half lengthwise, scoop out potatoes leaving a 1⁄4" thick shell.

  • Mash potato with butter, cream, Caesar Dressing Mix. Season to taste with Sea Salt and Pepper. Spoon into potato shells and top each with grated cheese.

  • Place potatoes on an Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
