Turmeric Mixed Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup milk, your choice
1 cup baby spinach
1 tbsp Golden Latte Latte Mix
1 scoop Power Up Chocolate Protein Blend
Preparation
Place mixed berries, milk, spinach, latte mix, and protein blend in a blender.
Cover and blend until smooth, about 30 sec. Pour into chilled glasses.
