Turkey Stock

This is a wonderful low-sodium stock. Use as a base for soups and stews.

Ingredients
  • 1 turkey carcass

  • 12 cups cold water

  • 2 celery stalks

  • 2 carrots

  • 1 onion, skin on

  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1 tsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning

Instructions
  • Place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce temperature to a slow simmer.

  • Simmer 2 hours, skimming off any foam that collects on the surface. Strain.

Preparation Tip: To easily remove fat from surface of stock, chill before using.
