Tuna Pasta Salad

This entrée is a good source of protein and fibre.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked bite-sized pasta, cooled
  • 1 can (12 oz/354 ml) tuna, drained
  • 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • 14 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp chives

Preparation

  1. In a serving bowl, combine pasta, tuna and tomatoes. Drizzle with Balsamic Vinaigrette and gently toss.
  2. Sprinkle with Chives. Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.
