Ingredients
2 cups cold water
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt or kefir
1 cup baby spinach
1 lime, cut in half
1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend or Power Up Salted Caramel Protein Blend
Preparation
In a blender, combine water, mango, pineapple, yogurt, and spinach. Using a citrus press, squeeze in juice from lime.
