Tropical Twister Smoothie

Take a trip to the tropics without leaving your kitchen! With plenty of fruit and a boost of superfood spinach, this bright smoothie is sure to please.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cold water

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen

  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt or kefir

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 1 lime, cut in half

  • 1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend or Power Up Salted Caramel Protein Blend

Instructions
  • In a blender, combine water, mango, pineapple, yogurt, and spinach. Using a citrus press, squeeze in juice from lime.

  • Add protein blend, blend until smooth, 30 sec.

  • Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
