Tropical Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 cup frozen pineapple or mango chunks
1 cup milk, your choice
1 tbsp Golden Latte Latte Mix or turmeric
1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend
Preparation
Place banana, pineapple, milk, latte mix, and protein blend in a blender.
Cover and blend until smooth, about 30–45 sec. Pour into chilled glasses.
