Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple or mango chunks
  • 1 cup milk, your choice
  • 1 tbsp Golden Latte Latte Mix or turmeric
  • 1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend

Preparation

  1. Place banana, pineapple, milk, latte mix, and protein blend in a blender.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth, about 30–45 sec. Pour into chilled glasses.
