Peel sweet potato and dice into small cubes. Peel and chop red onion. Place both in Round Steamer; stir in melted coconut oil. Cover and microwave on high for 5 min.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine turkey with 1 tbsp seasoning. Form into 16 meatballs (about 2 scant tbsp each).
Drain pineapple and discard liquid. Remove steamer from microwave and stir in remaining seasoning, pineapple, and frozen vegetables. Top with meatballs (it’s okay if they touch). Cover and microwave on high for 6 min.
