Tortilla Pinwheels
Ingredients
1 cup low-fat cream cheese
1 cup grated carrots
1⁄2 bell pepper, cut small
3 tbsp Spinach Dip Mix, or dip mix of your choice
4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
In a medium mixing bowl, blend first four ingredients.
Divide filling and spread evenly over tortillas. Roll up tortillas.
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Slice and serve.
