Ingredients

  • 3 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 12 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes, including juice
  • 1 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. Serve as is or blend in food processor for a smooth soup.
