Ingredients
3 cups Vegetable Broth
1 1⁄2 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes, including juice
1 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
Combine ingredients in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve as is or blend in food processor for a smooth soup.
