Tomato & Basil Pasta Salad
Preparation
In a Multipurpose Pot, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine seasoning with hot water. Let stand 5 min; stir in oil.
Chop cucumber, dice onion, and slice tomatoes in half.
In a large bowl, gently toss vegetables, pasta, and seasoning mixture until evenly combined. Add feta, if desired.
