Ingredients

  • 2 cups bite-sized pasta, such as rotini
  • 1 pkg Tomato & Basil Baked Brie Seasoning
  • 14 cup hot water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cucumber
  • 12 red onion
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes

Preparation

  1. In a Multipurpose Pot, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine seasoning with hot water. Let stand 5 min; stir in oil.
  3. Chop cucumber, dice onion, and slice tomatoes in half.
  4. In a large bowl, gently toss vegetables, pasta, and seasoning mixture until evenly combined. Add feta, if desired.
