Tiny Baked Mac & Cheese

A dish that’s both perfect for entertaining and fun for kids!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked macaroni noodles
  • 13 cup milk, your choice
  • 1 pkg Mac & Cheese Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter, optional
  • 12 cup grated cheese, your choice
  • 12 pkg Crispy & Crunchy Coating Mix, about 1/3 cup

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. In Multipurpose Pot set over high heat, boil pasta until tender, about 6–8 min. Drain and return to pot.
  3. Stir in milk, seasoning, and butter, if using. Stir to coat. Spoon into six ramekins. Top with cheese, then sprinkle with coating mix. Place on Sheet Pan and bake 5 min until cheese has melted and top is golden.
