Tiny Baked Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
  • 2 cups uncooked macaroni noodles

  • 13 cup milk, your choice

  • 1 pkg Mac & Cheese Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp butter, optional

  • 12 cup grated cheese, your choice

  • 12 pkg Crispy & Crunchy Coating Mix, about 1/3 cup

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 425° F.

  • In Multipurpose Pot set over high heat, boil pasta until tender, about 6–8 min. Drain and return to pot.

  • Stir in milk, seasoning, and butter, if using. Stir to coat. Spoon into six ramekins. Top with cheese, then sprinkle with coating mix. Place on Sheet Pan and bake 5 min until cheese has melted and top is golden.
