Thai Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
2 large cucumbers, sliced
2 green onions or chives, chopped
1 tsp Sea Salt
1⁄4 cup rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1⁄2 tsp sesame oil
Preparation
Place the sliced cucumbers and green onions in a large bowl. Season with Salt and let sit for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the vinegar, honey, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
Add the dressing to the cucumbers. Stir to combine and serve.
