Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 green onions or chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 14 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 12 tsp sesame oil

Preparation

  1. Place the sliced cucumbers and green onions in a large bowl. Season with Salt and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the vinegar, honey, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  3. Add the dressing to the cucumbers. Stir to combine and serve.
