Ingredients

  • 34 lb (340 g) soy ground round
  • 4 cups prepared Marinara Sauce
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) crushed tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix
  • 2 cups frozen mixed veggies, any kind
  • 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) kidney beans
  • 1 - 2 tbsp Fajita Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Heat ground soy in a Multipurpose Pot over medium-high heat for approximately 2 min.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and heat for approximately 8 min.
