Ingredients

  • 34 cup Tex-Mex Grilling Sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 14 cup vinegar
  • 13 cup brown sugar
  • 14 cup molasses
  • 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Fajita Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 (12 in/30 cm) pre-baked pizza shell
  • 1 tsp sriracha seasoning
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 12 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 34 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  2. Spoon Tex-Mex Grilling Sauce over pizza shell.
  3. Toss the sriracha seasoning with the chicken. Add chicken and tomatoes to pizza.
  4. Top with mozzarella and bake approximately 10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
