Tex-Mex Glazed Chicken Legs

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 2 tsp Fajita Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 13 cup Tex-Mex Grilling Sauce, prepared
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 14 cup vinegar
  • 13 cup brown sugar
  • 14 cup molasses
  • 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Fajita Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard

Preparation

  1. Preheat grill to medium. Drizzle chicken legs with vegetable oil and sprinkle with Fajita Seasoning, Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
  2. Grill chicken for 6 - 8 minutes per side. Reduce temperature to low and generously brush with Tex-Mex Grilling Sauce recipe.
  3. Grill each side a further 3 - 4 minutes. Chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 175° F (79° C).
