Tex-Mex Glazed Chicken Legs
Preparation
Preheat grill to medium. Drizzle chicken legs with vegetable oil and sprinkle with Fajita Seasoning, Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
Grill chicken for 6 - 8 minutes per side. Reduce temperature to low and generously brush with Tex-Mex Grilling Sauce recipe.
Grill each side a further 3 - 4 minutes. Chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 175° F (79° C).
