1 cup diced tomatoes, canned or fresh
2 tbsp Tex-Mex Grilling Sauce, prepared
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1⁄4 cup vinegar
1⁄3 cup brown sugar
1⁄4 cup molasses
2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
1 tbsp Fajita Seasoning
2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
1⁄4 cup fresh or frozen corn niblets
1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
Preparation
Combine ingredients.
Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week.
