Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes, canned or fresh
  • 2 tbsp Tex-Mex Grilling Sauce, prepared
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 14 cup vinegar
  • 13 cup brown sugar
  • 14 cup molasses
  • 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Fajita Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 14 cup fresh or frozen corn niblets
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week.
