Teriyaki-glazed Chicken Strips

Marinate chicken ahead of time for an easy, flavourful meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Teriyaki Dry Glaze or Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 12 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 12 tbsp orange juice
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preparation

  1. Combine glaze or seasoning with brown sugar, soy sauce, and orange juice in a food-safe plastic bag.
  2. Add chicken and marinate for 1 1⁄2 – 2 hours.
  3. Heat frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook approximately 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
