Get your ‘slaw on with this tangy summer side dish! Coleslaw is packed with fiber and nutrients like Vitamin C, magnesium, potassium, and more. Add some crunch anywhere: serve coleslaw alongside grilled meats and burgers; top tacos, hot dogs, sandwiches, baked potatoes, or sliders; or fill wraps or burritos.

Ingredients

  • 13 cup oil
  • 23 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Coleslaw Dressing Mix
  • 12 small red cabbage
  • 12 small green cabbage

Preparation

  1. In large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, and mix.
  2. Using the 4-in-1 Mandoline, thinly slice cabbage. Add to bowl; stir to combine. Salad will keep well, refrigerated, up to 3 days.
