Take Me Away Smoothie Bowl
Let this tropical smoothie bowl whisk you away to a moment where you’re basking in the sun’s warm glow, and can hear waves crashing on a beach.
Ingredients
1⁄4 cup quick oats
1⁄2 cup Greek yogurt
1⁄4 cup cranberry juice
3⁄4 cup frozen raspberries or blueberries
1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend
1⁄4 cup tropical fruits, sliced and defrosted, try pitaya (aka dragon fruit), pineapple, mango, banana
Preparation
In a blender, combine all ingredients except toppings. Blend until smooth—if you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water.
Transfer to a bowl. Top with tropical fruits.
