Taco night is a fun, fresh, and laid-back family meal. It’s a great way to introduce new veggies too!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 1 12 lbs lean ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 12 - 1 cup water
  • 6 - 8 taco shells
  • 3 cups shredded Romaine lettuce
  • 1 12 cups grated low-fat cheese, your choice
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

Preparation

  1. In a frying pan, brown beef over medium heat.
  2. In a measuring cup, mix Taco Seasoning with 1⁄2 cup water, and add to pan. Simmer with beef until mixture thickens, approximately 5 minutes.
  3. Spoon filling into taco shells, and top with lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes, or be creative!
