Parboil potatoes in salted water for 8–10 minutes, until almost tender. Drain well. Place in a bowl and toss with oil and Seasoning for Rosemary Garlic Oven Fries.
Place in a grilling pan and barbecue, shaking pan often, for 5–8 minutes, until lightly charred.
Return to bowl and toss with any remaining oil. Serve warm.

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add potatoes, cut-sides down.
Grill approximately 3 minutes per side, until marks form.
Return to bowl and toss with any remaining oil. Serve warm.
