Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (4.5 oz/130 g each), about 1" thick
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2–3 tbsp Salmon Rub or Smoked Spanish Paprika

Preparation

  1. Preheat grill to medium high.
  2. Lightly brush salmon with oil; season with rub.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Grill, skin-side down, with lid closed for 8 min.
