4 salmon fillets (4.5 oz/130 g each), about 1" thick
1 tbsp olive oil
2–3 tbsp Salmon Rub
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium high.
Lightly brush salmon with oil; season with rub.
Reduce heat to medium. Grill, skin-side down, with lid closed for 8 min.
