Ingredients

  • 2 cups thinly sliced sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp Fajita Seasoning, or Souvlaki, or Asian Stir-Fry.
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, or lime juice

Preparation

  1. Toss vegetables with seasoning and place in a Rectangular Steamer.
  2. Cover and microwave on high for 6 minutes.
  3. Toss with citrus juice and serve.
