Sweet Chili Salmon

Ingredients
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice

  • 2 12 cups hot water

  • 12 cup lime juice

  • 12 pkg Cha Cha Chili Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 4 cups green beans, fresh or frozen

  • 4 (4.5 oz/130 g) salmon filets, about 1" thick

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 400° F.

  • Place rice in Multipurpose Steamer. Stir in hot water. Cover; microwave on high until tender and water has absorbed, 15 min.

  • Meanwhile, prepare sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, seasoning, and maple syrup.

  • Place green beans and salmon on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Spoon sauce over fish. Bake until fish is cooked through, about 8–10 min.

  • Serve with rice and lime wedges; season to taste with salt and pepper.
