Sweet and Spicy Asian Dipping Sauce

A fantastic dipping sauce for salad and spring rolls, or shrimp and chicken fingers. Also a zesty dressing for salads, Asian Hot and Sour Coleslaw, or a sauce for noodle dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, or gluten free soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 12 tsp crushed chilies

Preparation

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a mixing bowl or shake in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
  2. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
