Ingredients

  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into strips
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 12 cup Ultimate Asian Sauce, prepared
  • 3 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, or gluten free soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp crushed chilies
  • 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) pineapple tidbits, including juice

Preparation

  1. Add oil to Wok and heat over medium-high. Add chicken and stir-fry for approximately 3-5 minutes. Remove from Wok and set aside.
  2. Add broccoli and stir-fry until tender-crisp. Return chicken to Wok. Pour in Ultimate Asian Sauce and add pineapple. Bring to a boil and stir constantly until sauce thickens.
