1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into strips
3 cups broccoli florets
1⁄2 cup Ultimate Asian Sauce, prepared
3 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, or gluten free soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp crushed chilies
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) pineapple tidbits, including juice
Preparation
Add oil to Wok and heat over medium-high. Add chicken and stir-fry for approximately 3-5 minutes. Remove from Wok and set aside.
Add broccoli and stir-fry until tender-crisp. Return chicken to Wok. Pour in Ultimate Asian Sauce and add pineapple. Bring to a boil and stir constantly until sauce thickens.
