  • 1 tbsp Matcha Latte Mix, or 1 cup baby spinach (or both)
  • 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) light coconut milk
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey, optional
  • 8 tsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix

Preparation

  1. In blender, whirl together latte mix or spinach, coconut milk, kiwi, avocado, and lime juice.
  2. Spoon 1 tsp dip mix into each ice pop mold. Pour mixture over top.
  3. Insert sticks; freeze until firm, at least 4 hrs. To easily remove ice pops, run the mold under hot water until they loosen.
