Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 scoops Super Greens Smoothie Booster
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 14 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 12 cups milk or almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 14 cup vegetable oil, plus extra for brushing

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and oil.
  4. Slowly whisk wet ingredients into dry, until just combined.
  5. Place Waffle Mold on Sheet Pan. Using a basting brush, lightly brush Waffle Mold with oil.
  6. Pour approximately 1⁄4 cup batter into each mold, filling all corners.
  7. Bake 12–15 minutes, or until golden.
  8. When cool to the touch, flip Waffle Mold over a platter, and gently remove waffles. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with maple syrup, if desired.
