Summer Salad with White Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • 12 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 12 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 13 cup toasted walnut crumbs

Preparation

  1. Whisk first 5 ingredients together in a large serving bowl.
  2. Add mixed salad greens and toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle salad with raspberries, goat cheese and toasted walnut crumbs. Serve immediately.
